Prash brings a wealth of commercial, management and healthcare experience to the Qualitas team and oversees all the operational, financial and growth aspects of Qualitas Australia. He has worked in several industry sectors both in Australia and abroad, and is currently a member on the board of several education and health companies. He has completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and Bachelor of Engineering (Telecommunications) with Honours from the University of Sydney as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management.

Vicnaraj has played an integral part in the establishment of Qualitas Australia and is currently responsible for accounting, taxation, audit, insurance and risk. He graduated with a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from The Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) and brings extensive corporate finance experience having worked in Malaysia for a leading Fortune 500 company for many years before relocating to Australia.
Dr Stephanie Teoh
Dr Teoh was born in Kuala Lumpur, grew up in Sydney, and completed her medical studies at the University of Sydney in 1995. After several years in hospital-based medicine, she became a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2003. She also completed post-graduate studies in paediatrics, obstetrics and gynaecology, and sexual health. She has worked in rural and urban general practices in NSW, Queensland and Victoria before moving to Beijing, China in 2008 to take up a position with a large multinational group focusing on excellence in primary health care in an international community.
After seven years in China, Dr Teoh returned to Sydney to join Qualitas, bringing her extensive experience in clinical medicine and governance, and in medical education, as well as her enthusiasm for excellence in primary care.
Dr Teoh leads and promotes our continuing excellence in medical care, guides clinical governance and medical standards, and supports our doctors in their roles as clinicians, medical educators and community care providers.
