Ana is an accredited practicing dietitian who believes a healthy diet is about adding to one’s plate, and to one’s life: from supporting women during pregnancy and menopause to improving heart and bone health, eating well should be easy, fun, and delicious.
She is passionate about teaching applicable skills for long-term health and ensuring her clients feel empowered. Her areas of interest include women’s health (PCOS, endometriosis, fertility, pregnancy), fertility, cardiometabolic health (diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, etc.), and healthy ageing.
