Helen’s main areas of special interest are family medicine, women’s health and psychological medicine and she enjoys treating patients of all ages, from newborns to the older generation. She has an over-riding passion for holistic and lifestyle medicine and aims to make at least part of every consultation focus on preventative medicine strategies.  To further pursue her interest in this field, Helen is currently embarking on a Masters of Lifestyle Medicine.

During her many years of practice in North Sydney, Helen has thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated the privilege of being involved in the long-term care of so many patients and their families.

Beyond the practice, Helen worked for many years as Honorary Medical Advisor to the Australian Guide Dogs Association and is part of a GP advisory panel on IVF issues.
