At Kuraby Station Surgery, we are committed to delivering the highest quality of care to our patients. To maintain this standard of excellence and ensure our continued viability in the current healthcare environment, we will be implementing changes to the way patients book Telehealth Consultations, Repeat Prescriptions, and Referrals. Additionally, we will be introducing private billing for these services. Effective from February 1st, 2025, the following changes will take place:

Repeat Prescriptions or Referrals Procedure:

Starting in February 2025, if you have seen a doctor within the last 3 months for the same prescription or referral, you will no longer need to book a new appointment for a repeat prescription or ongoing referral. Instead, you can book a “Quick Consult” through HotDoc for a $30 private fee. Our team will then arrange for your script or referral to be sent to you directly.

Telehealth:

For all patients not covered under a disability, Telehealth appointments will be privately billed and only available to book online via HotDoc. Patients covered under a disability will continue to be bulk billed and are encouraged to contact our reception team in order to arrange their consultation.
