We’re delighted to welcome Dr Saiqa Syeda, a compassionate and highly skilled General Practitioner, to Qualitas Medical Practice Underwood.
Dr Syeda graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Dr Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University, India, in 2012, and completed her Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2021. With over a decade of medical experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a patient-centred approach to our team.
She has a particular interest in women’s health and mental health, and is committed to providing holistic care tailored to each individual.
One of Dr Syeda’s key areas of expertise are in skin cancer care. She has completed advanced training in skin cancer medicine and surgery, allowing her to offer expert diagnosis, treatment, and minor surgical procedures including:
- Skin biopsies
- Advanced skin cancer excisions including flaps and grafts
- Implanon and IUCD insertion and removal
Her advanced surgical skills and clinical knowledge make her a valuable resource for patients seeking thorough and compassionate care in these areas.
Dr Syeda is known for her warm and approachable nature, and she takes pride in building long-term, trusting relationships with her patients. She is fluent in both English and Hindi, helping her provide accessible care to a diverse patient community.
