Viviane is a registered psychologist with experience in private practice and psychiatric settings. Viviane provides psychological care to adults (18+) and treats a wide range of conditions, including anxiety and mood disorders, OCD, ADHD, adjustment disorders, trauma, grief and loss, stress management, emotion regulation, and life transitions.

Practicing in the spirit of a non-judgmental, compassionate, and collaborative mindset, Viviane believes in the integration of therapeutical modalities to facilitate positive changes in emotional, cognitive, and behavioural domains. Her practice draws on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Compassionate Enquiry, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Psychodynamic interventions.

Viviane completed a Bachelor of Psychology at Macquarie University and a Graduate Diploma of Psychology Advanced at Monash University. Viviane is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS) and the Australian Association of Psychologists (MAAPI).

Viviane has experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and provides sessions in English and Portuguese.

P.S – Viviane does not treat personality disorders or eating disorders.

Viviane consulting day is Thursday.  If you have difficulties with Thursday, please mention this to our Receptionist and they will pass this onto Viviane and an alternative Day/Time may be arranged.
