Viviane is a registered psychologist with experience in private practice and psychiatric settings. Viviane does not treat personality disorders or eating disorders. Viviane provides psychological care to adults (18+) and treats a wide range of conditions, including anxiety and mood disorders, OCD, ADHD, adjustment disorders, trauma, grief and loss, stress management, emotion regulation, and life transitions.

Practicing in the spirit of a non-judgmental, compassionate, and collaborative mindset, Viviane believes in the integration of therapeutical modalities to facilitate positive changes in emotional, cognitive, and behavioural domains. Her practice draws on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Compassionate Enquiry, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Psychodynamic interventions.

Viviane completed a Bachelor of Psychology at Macquarie University and a Graduate Diploma of Psychology Advanced at Monash University. Viviane is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS) and the Australian Association of Psychologists (MAAPI).

Viviane has experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and provides sessions in English and Portuguese.
