Dr Dan Uthman completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) from the University of Baghdad College of Medicine, Iraq, in 1999. After initial training in Iraq, Dr Dan moved to Sweden in 2002 and practised across various hospitals, followed by general practice. He then moved to Australia in 2015 and was awarded his Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2016.
He had been practising in Innisfail, QLD, before moving to Melbourne in 2018.
Dr Dan practices in all aspects of general practice.
Dr Dan can also fluently speak Swedish, Kurdish, French and Arabic.
