- Your medical records. Your records have moved securely with your doctor, so you don’t need to do anything.

Is the new practice still bulk billing?
Yes. Qualitas Medical Practice Clayton bulk bills all Medicare-eligible patients for GP consultations. Procedures and some services may attract an out-of-pocket fee, so please check with reception when you book.
