Dr Musarrat Wadud completed her Bachelor of Medicine / Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Khyber Medical College Peshawar University, Pakistan in 1998. After gaining her medical degree, she had his initial training in Pakistan and worked as a General Practitioner before moving to Western Australia in 2013.
She commenced her Australian medical career in Western Australia then worked in Bendigo Victoria. She moved to Queensland in 2015 and has since been working in General Practice across many Practices. She completed her DRANZCOG in 2015 and Advanced Skin Cancer Surgery Certificate in 2018. She was awarded her Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2019.
Dr Musi is an experienced General Practitioner and practices in all areas of General Medicine including Chronic Disease Management, Mental Health Assessment, Suturing, Managing Fractures, Skin Biopsies, Resection of Ingrown Nails, Pap Smear, Antenatal Care, Implanon Insertion, draining Abscesses, Wound Care, Antenatal care and Mirena insertion.
She speaks Urdu, Hindi, Pashto and Punjabi.
