Maggie is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and a Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician.

Maggie works with you to create sustainable dietary and lifestyle changes that help you to progress towards your goals and see long term results. She believes that there is no “one size fits all” approach when it comes to your diet and considers your lifestyle and all components of health when setting nutrition goals.

Maggie’s ultimate purpose in working with clients is to make sure you walk away with a positive relationship and confidence around your nutrition, food and health.

She can assist you with dietary management for weight loss; chronic disease, including type 2 diabetes and high cholesterol; women’s health, including PCOS and endometriosis; food allergies and intolerances; digestive health; nutritional deficiencies; general healthy eating; eating disorders and disordered eating.
