Tracey Eppel graduated from the University of Cape Town, South Africa, in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in Medicine (Honours) in Nutrition and Dietetics. After graduating, she worked in private practice in South Africa before relocating to Melbourne in 2004.
Since moving to Australia, Tracey has worked at the Royal Melbourne Hospital, Kingston Centre and Cranbourne Integrated Care Centre, with a focus on aged care and rehabilitation. Alongside her private practice, she currently works in aged care with Healthcare Australia.
As a member of Dietitians Australia, Tracey brings more than 20 years of experience across private practice, rehabilitation and aged care. She is passionate about providing practical, evidence-based nutrition advice tailored to each person’s health needs, lifestyle and goals.
