IMPORTANT UPDATE: Commencing June 1st, 2023, consultations at Cecil Hills Medical Centre will require payment of the full fee upfront, resulting in a $20 out-of-pocket expense after rebate except for children under 16. All telehealth consultations will cost $30 (no Medicare rebate).

Cecil Hills Medical Centre is moving to this simplified fee model to continue providing quality patient care. Your consultation will attract a rebate from Medicare if you are an eligible Medicare Card holder and only when applicable.

Bulk Billing is available to the patients who meet the below criteria, provided they have a valid Medicare card: All will be Bulk billed.

– Children 0-16 years of age;
– Childhood immunizations included in the National Immunization Program;
– Chronic Disease Care Plans;
– Diabetes Cycle of care;
– Mental health care plans and reviews;
– 45 to 49 Health Assessments;
– 75 Health Assessment;
– Heart health check.

We can claim your Medicare rebate for you electronically when you pay your account if you have a valid Medicare card.

Cancellation Policy / Fee

To avoid cancellation fees, Patients are required to cancel at least 1 hour prior to appointment time. For patients that cancel within the hour prior to the appointment, or do not attend, a $20 fee will be charged.
