Psychology Services with Viviane
Mental health is an important part of overall wellbeing. Therapy can help reduce distress, build coping strategies, improve daily functioning and create meaningful change. Viviane is a registered psychologist who provides psychological care for adults aged 18 and over in a supportive and collaborative space.
Viviane works with patients experiencing a wide range of concerns, including:
- Anxiety and mood disorders
- ADHD
- OCD
- Trauma
- Stress and burnout
- Grief and loss
- Adjustment to change/life transitions
- Emotion regulation challenges
Viviane has a special interest in Adult ADHD, with experience in treating co-occurring conditions.
Using an integrative approach tailored to each individual, Viviane employs evidence-based interventions that draw from a range of therapies, such as:
- Psychodynamic interventions
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
- Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
- Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- Compassionate Enquiry
Viviane completed her Bachelor of Psychology at Macquarie University and obtained a Graduate Diploma of Psychology Advanced at Monash University. She is a member of both the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS) and the Australian Association of Psychologists (MAAPI).
With experience working across diverse backgrounds and communities, Viviane offers sessions in both English and Portuguese.

Good nutrition plays a key role in maintaining long-term health and wellbeing. Amy is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and Accredited Nutritionist (AN) who provides practical, realistic nutrition advice tailored to your lifestyle and health goals.
Since graduating from the University of Sydney in 2011, Amy has worked across medical centres, hospitals, aged care facilities, and community health settings.
Amy has a special interest in:
- Food intolerances and food allergies
- Low FODMAP diets
- RPAH elimination diets
- Gut health and IBS management
She previously worked at the RPAH Allergy Unit for five years, supporting both children and adults with food intolerance management and research.
Amy also provides nutrition support for:
- Diabetes and insulin resistance
- Weight management
- Cardiovascular health
- High cholesterol and blood pressure
- Gut issues and digestive health
- Gout
- Bone health
- Infant feeding
- Nutritional deficiencies
Amy is passionate about helping patients make sustainable, achievable lifestyle changes that fit into everyday life.
