Beth is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP). She completed her Undergraduate Degree (Bachelor of Applied Science – Exercise Science) and Postgraduate Degree (Masters of Exercise Physiology) at The University of Sydney.
She loves keeping active, particularly by engaging in long distance running. I also enjoy playing (and watching) most sports (touch football, cricket, soccer, netball, tennis)! If I’m not outdoors, you can find her spending quality time with her family and friends, catching up over a meal, or relaxing on a couch reading a book.
She has a strong passion for helping individuals improve their health by adopting an active lifestyle and believes that with the right knowledge, education and attitude, people can achieve their goals and live a happy, healthy life.
