Yazed (Yaz) Ali is a physiotherapist with Prime Physiotherapy, providing physiotherapy services at Cecil Hills Medical Centre from Wednesday, 11 November 2026.
Yaz graduated from the University of Sydney in 2023 with a master’s degree in physiotherapy and has worked with Prime Physiotherapy since graduating. He has an interest in musculoskeletal conditions and a particular interest in sports injuries.
Physiotherapy consultations are available for a range of concerns, including:
- Back and neck pain
- Muscle and joint pain
- Sports and training injuries
- Work-related and motor vehicle injuries
- Vertigo, dizziness and balance concerns
Yaz speaks English and Arabic. Outside of work, he enjoys weightlifting, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, running, chess and learning to play the guitar.

Fees and funding
Physiotherapy appointments may be covered or supported through the following, depending on eligibility and individual circumstances:
- Medicare: Eligible patients with a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan and referral may be bulk billed.
- Workers compensation and CTP insurance: Eligible claims may be accepted.
- NDIS and aged care packages: Funding may be available where physiotherapy is included in the individual’s plan.
- Private health insurance: Rebates may be available, depending on your cover.
- Private payment: Patients may pay for their consultation directly.
