Dr Ali Siddiqui is a vocationally qualified and experienced General Practitioner, having completed his Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Health Sciences, Pakistan, in 2010. He was awarded a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2021. After completing his initial training in Pakistan, Dr Ali practised in Ireland before moving to South Australia.
Dr Ali has over 14 years of clinical experience in different specialities, including emergency medicine, general medicine, general Surgery and general practice, in Ireland and Australia. He has been part of Albury-Wodonga hospitals in the role of Senior GP and supervisor in the emergency department.
Dr Ali believes in the holistic care of his patients with shared decision-making. Evidence-based medicine is the core of his everyday practice. He greatly enjoys family time, including outdoor activities and playing cricket.
Dr Ali has special interests in chronic disease management, diabetes management, weight management, family health, immunisations, paediatrics, men’s health, preventative health and urgent care services, including suturing.
Dr Ali also speaks Urdu and Punjabi.
