Dr Bernard Lee


Dr Bernard Lee obtained his medical degree in 2009 from the National University of Ireland, Galway. He worked four years in Irish tertiary hospitals and then three years in Sydney tertiary hospitals. This was followed by four years as a rural GP in NSW before he returned to Sydney. Working as a GP in a rural setting has provided Dr Lee with strong experience in all aspects of GP medicine and allowed him to establish solid relationships with his patients and the community.

He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP), and has post-graduate training in Paediatrics and Family Planning (contraception). He is an accredited Implanon and Yellow Fever vaccine provider.

Clinical Areas of Interest : general medicine, chronic illness, paediatrics, contraception, and sexual health (including being LGBT-friendly).

Personal Interests : Bernard is a keen succulent gardener (patients are encouraged to share their gardening interests with him!). He is a qualified gym instructor and enjoys making health and fitness a part of his everyday life
