Dr Bateman is an experienced, former rural ‘cradle to the grave’ family GP and has delivered over 800 babies in country practice. He has special interests in paediatrics, young families, shared care obstetrics, skin cancer, men’s health and travel medicine.
Outside interests include family, surfing and reading and writing fiction. Bills debut crime fiction novel, “Hard Labour”, was published in early 2017.
