Dr Koutis graduated from Sydney University in 1987 and holds a Graduate Diploma in Clinical Epidemiology. He previously worked in several Sydney teaching hospitals, including Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, before practising as a GP in Singleton and working as a Resident Medical Officer at Orange Base Hospital. He also worked as a Medical Officer in Community Paediatrics for the Canterbury Community Health Service.
Dr Koutis has served the Oatley community for more than 32 years. For the first 10 years, he operated his own solo practice in Oatley West before joining Letitia Street Clinic, where he cared for patients for the following 22 years. He has extensive experience across all aspects of general practice, with particular interests in men’s health and paediatrics.
Dr Koutis is bilingual in English and Greek.
Dr Koutis has retired from consulting at the practice and will continue working in nursing home care.
