Dr Emilie Larkin

Dr Emilie Larkin graduated in medicine with honours from the University of NSW in 2005 and became a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2010. She loves the variety of general practice and providing comprehensive health care to all ages, especially children.

Emilie joined Burns Bay Medical Centre in November 2017 and she is interested in addressing all aspects of health including travel medicine, mental health, challenging medical problems and preventative care for the whole family. She is accredited to provide GP shared pregnancy care and to insert the contraceptive implant.

Emilie is committed to ongoing education and has completed a Certificate in Sexual and Reproductive health and a Certificate in Primary Skin Cancer Medicine. She has been an examiner for the Royal Australian College of GPs since 2013 and participates in the GP in schools program.

Outside of medicine, Emilie enjoys a leisurely run or bush-walk and discovering new places with her husband and 3 young children.
