Dr. Geoffrey Madden graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery in 1983. Dr. Madden established his career in Queensland, in 1984-86 working at the Bundaberg Base Hospital before moving to Redcliffe Hospital in 1987.
In 1989 Dr. Madden qualified as a General Practitioner, completing the Family Medicine Program and has since worked in General Practice. In 2007 he took a role as Medical Adviser, Department of Veteran’s Affairs, Brisbane.
Dr. Madden has published several papers in the Australian Family Physician and other recognised Journals and has special interests in the areas of family health.
Outside of his professional duties, Dr Madden enjoys spending time with his lovely wife and four children and has been a member of his local parish ensemble for over twenty years.
