Dr Janaki Patel graduated from Griffith University, Queensland, and holds a Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
Dr Janaki is a General Practitioner and Cosmetic Doctor with a special interest in skin cancer medicine, dermatology, and healthy ageing. She has completed further training through the Skin Cancer College Australasia and performs comprehensive skin checks, biopsies, and skin cancer excisions.
She is also undertaking advanced aesthetic training towards Fellowship with the Australasian College of Aesthetic Medicine. Her background in general practice provides a comprehensive understanding of the medical, lifestyle, and structural factors that influence skin health and ageing.
Dr Janaki is passionate about preventative medicine and long-term health optimisation, with interests in cardiovascular risk reduction, metabolic health, women’s health, and lifestyle medicine. She is committed to providing high-quality, personalised care while working collaboratively with patients to support them in achieving their individual health and wellbeing goals.
Dr Janaki strongly believes in movement as medicine and, in her spare time, enjoys running, strength training, and exploring the outdoors.
