Dr Katrina Niles completed her medical degree at Guy’s, King’s and St. Thomas’ Medical School, London in 2009. She completed her General Practice Training in the UK where she was awarded her Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners of the United Kingdom and worked in the UK for 7 years before moving to Australia. She has experience working in both rural and inner-city settings having worked in hospitals and medical centres.

Katrina enjoys all aspects of General Practice but has a special interest in women’s health, fertility, travel medicine, sexual health, paediatrics and Implanon insertion/removal.

Katrina is part of the teaching programme for medical students from Monash University. Through her teaching, she hopes to inspire them to consider a career in General Practice.

Katrina enjoys food, travelling and maintaining an active lifestyle with hot pilates, cycling and skiing. She is always keen to hear of any new restaurants in town!
