Dr Vijayanandam Jayaraman (Dr Vijay) graduated with Bachelor of Medicine / Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Madras University India in 1985. He then completed his Diploma in Children Health in 1991 followed by Medical Doctor in General Medicine in 1998. After graduating he worked in various facilities in India before moving to United Kingdom in 2000 where he continued to practice until 2013 when he decided to move to Australia. Dr Vijay commenced his Australian practice in August 2013 and has since worked in General Practice. Dr Vijay is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP).
Dr Vijay performs minor procedures like Skin Checks, Skin Excisions, Minor Surgery, Joint Injection-Shoulder/Knee/Elbow. He also carries out Pap smear, Implanon Insertion/removal, Antenatal Checkups, Child Immunisation, Neonatal & 6 weeks check-ups amongst other general medicine.
He has special interests Asthma, Diabetes, Hypertension and Drug Abuse.
