Dr Parvin obtained her Bachelors of Medicine / Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from SYLHET, Sylhet Mag Osmani Medical College, Bangladesh, in 1992. After completing her initial training, Dr Parvin gained valuable experience working overseas in West Indies and Bangladesh before settling in Australia in 2005. Since then, she has been practising in General Practice and completed her Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) Fellowship in 2017.

Dr Parvin has special interests in medicine, including women’s health, children’s health, mental health, and family medicine. She believes in a holistic approach to healthcare, treating the whole person rather than just the symptoms. In addition to her medical expertise, Dr Parvin is fluent in Bengali, which is a great asset for patients who speak this language.
