We are aware of a recent phishing email that was sent from a mailbox associated with our Neutral Bay Medical Practice to some of our patients and encouraged recipients to click a link.
We have identified that a mailbox associated with this practice was temporarily accessed by an unauthorised third-party. We took immediate steps to secure the impacted account and remove the unauthorised access.
We recognise this may be concerning and we are investigating the matter as a priority, with the support of IT and cyber security specialists.
