Love your HEART by trading in that ‘thing’. The month of February has a number of events, febfast, ‘wearred’ by Heart Research Australia and of course Valentine’s Day, so we repackaged things to give a little nod to all that is happening.
febfast is the campaign that encourages people to give up their addiction, vice, crutch or however we label that ‘thing’ we know we do or consume more than we perhaps should. In that case, Heart Research Australia’s statement that Heart Disease is the leading single cause of death in Australia may alarm you.
