Dee Why Family Medical Centre is pleased to welcome two new General Practitioners, Dr Jane Horsley and Dr Robye Turner, who bring a patient-centred approach, strong clinical experience, and a commitment to high-quality, evidence-based care for individuals and families in the Northern Beaches community.

Meet Dr Jane Horsley

Dr Jane Horsley is a compassionate and dedicated General Practitioner who is passionate about building strong therapeutic relationships with her patients and supporting them to optimise their overall health and wellbeing.

Dr Horsley graduated from the University of New South Wales and completed her hospital training at Prince of Wales Hospital, Lismore Base Hospital, and The Children’s Hospital at Westmead. She is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) and has worked and trained in a wide range of general practices across New South Wales.

While Dr Horsley enjoys all aspects of general practice, she has particular interests in paediatrics, reproductive health, and women’s health. She holds a Certificate in Reproductive and Sexual Health and is currently undertaking a Graduate Diploma in Child Health, further strengthening her expertise in caring for children and families.

Having grown up on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, Dr Horsley is delighted to be practising in the local community again and looks forward to partnering with patients to achieve their health goals.

Dr Jane Horsley is accepting new patients and is available Mondays and Thursdays.


Meet Dr Robye Turner

Dr Robye Turner is a General Practitioner Registrar with broad clinical experience across primary care, preventive health, and the management of both acute and chronic medical conditions.

Dr Turner takes a practical, patient-centred approach to care, with a strong focus on evidence-based medicine, clear communication, and shared decision-making. He is committed to helping patients understand their health conditions and treatment options so they can make informed choices that suit their individual needs.

He has a particular interest in musculoskeletal conditions and occupational and work-related medicine, aiming to deliver care that balances best clinical practice with real-world demands.

Availability:
Dr Robye Turner works Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:30am – 5:00pm.
