We are thrilled to introduce the newest member of our medical team at Ivanhoe Medical Clinic, Dr Ashwini Supperamohan. With a wealth of experience and a dedication to community healthcare, Dr Supperamohan is a valuable addition to our clinic.

Dr Ashwini Supperamohan completed her Bachelor of Medicine / Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Tasmania, Australia in 2007. Following her internship in Tasmania, she continued her training in Victoria, where she also earned a Bachelor of Medical Science degree. Her commitment to excellence is evident in her achievement of the Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2020.

With a rich background that includes working in both rural and metropolitan hospitals, Dr Supperamohan brings a unique perspective to her role. She recently returned from Bendigo after five years of regional practice and training in General Practice. Her diverse experiences have equipped her with the skills to provide comprehensive and compassionate healthcare.

Dr Supperamohan has a keen interest in several medical areas, including bariatric medicine, chronic health conditions, dermatology, and older persons’ healthcare. Her passion for these specialties reflects her commitment to addressing a wide range of patient needs.

Beyond her medical expertise, Dr Supperamohan is known for her interests. She finds joy in gardening and drawing and makes it a point to learn a new skill every month.

In addition to English, Dr Ashwini Supperamohan is fluent in Malay, enhancing her ability to connect with and serve a diverse patient population.
