Dr Tony Lucarelli (MBBS (Hons), FRACGP) founded Monash Doctors Surgery in 1995. His special interests include preventative health checks, diabetes, men’s health, paediatrics and travel medicine, and he speaks Italian.
Dr Shyamala Thurairajah (Dr Rajah) (MBBS, FRACGP) worked at Monash Doctors Surgery from 1995. Her special interests include paediatrics, women’s health, cervical screening, travel medicine, chronic disease management and antenatal care, and she speaks Tamil.
Dr Andigoda De Silva (MBBS, DFM, FRACGP) has a special interest in general medicine, men’s health, dermatology and minor surgical procedures, and he speaks Sinhala.
They join our existing Clayton GPs, giving patients more doctors and more appointment choices at one convenient location.

- Your records have moved with your doctor. There’s nothing you need to do.
- You’ll still be bulk billed if you’re Medicare-eligible.

A bulk billing GP practice for the whole Clayton community
We bulk bill all Medicare-eligible patients for GP consultations. Procedures and some services may attract an out-of-pocket fee; our reception team can explain any fees when you book.
Our GPs care for patients of all ages, including:
- Women’s health, including cervical screening, family planning and antenatal shared care
- Men’s health and children’s health, including childhood vaccinations
- Health assessments (45–49 and 75+), immunisations and travel medicine
- Chronic disease management, including diabetes, asthma and GP management plans
- Mental health care, skin checks and minor procedures

Opening hours: Monday 8am–6pm, Tuesday to Friday 8am–5pm, Sunday 9am–5pm, Saturday closed. For after-hours care, call 13SICK (13 74 25).
